Honouring Those Shaping the Real Estate Industry of Tomorrow
Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce the recognition of Joyce Paron, CEO of EXIT’s Canadian Organization, among BUZZ Media’s Most Influential Executive Leaders as part of their recently-announced Most Influential Voices in Canadian Real Estate rankings.
Coming in at number 10, this is Paron’s second consecutive recognition since the inception of these rankings, which include 100 of the top executives across the industry who BUZZ Media recognize as exemplifying true and bold leadership in a time of shift for the business.
According to their recent statement, these leaders “have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to elevating the profession, inspiring meaningful change, and leading with purpose during a time when the industry continues to evolve. This is the first of several announcements BUZZ will release, honouring influential individuals across the many levels of real estate from leadership to agents. Paron was saluted for her philosophy of servant-leadership and her heart for people, in addition to being a champion for education, innovation, industry integrity, and agent development. She’s part of the team that curates the organization’s culture focused on fostering collaboration, professional growth, and outstanding client service.
Paron joined EXIT in 1997 as an Ontario District Owner within months of the company’s founding, selling franchises across Ontario. Her entrepreneurial drive, along with a background in land development and business management were the precursors that led to her becoming Vice President – Canadian Districts, President of the Canadian Division, and onto the role she holds today. Under her leadership, EXIT’s Canadian Organization continues to remain home to many production-leading brokerages in their respective communities.
