EXIT Lakes Realty Premier to Raise Funds to Benefit Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen, Corporate Will Match

Baxter, MN – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Lakes Realty Premier benefitting Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen, a non-denominational, non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding the hungry. 

EXIT Lakes Realty Premier is part of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.  This fall, Broker/Owner Chad Schwendeman and the real estate professionals at EXIT Lakes Realty Premier will collect donations from clients, friends and family, and other community members to help support Sharing Bread.  EXIT Associates have also been volunteering at the soup kitchen throughout the past year with plans to continue into 2019.  EXIT Realty Corp. International has committed to match the funds raised by EXIT Realty Associates up to $4,000 for a total expected donation to Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen of $8,000.
