EXIT 1 Stop Realty Finds New Ways to Motivate Agents

Jacksonville, FL (Grassroots Newswire) September 15, 2016 -- EXIT 1 Stop Realty in Jacksonville has come up with new ways to motivate their agents in 2016.

Since the beginning of the year, all agents have participated in the Neighborhood Tour. The Neighborhood Tour awards agents for doing things to benefit their business. These things include attending trainings in the office and monthly sales meetings, having deal documents in order, listing homes, and deal closings. At the end of each month, agents earn rewards such as listing photo prep or database help. Points accumulate each quarter and agents can earn monetary rewards. These rewards include a new headshot, additional postcards sent to their farm area, professional home photos, or open house refreshments.

Recently, agents participated in an Office Listing Scavenger Hunt. Listing addresses were placed around the office and agents were given clues that would lead them to each subsequent listing address. Winners received a gift card to a local restaurant.
