Glen Allen, VA – The 2021/2022 real estate market was brisk as home prices and interest rates continued to rise.  The need then and now for knowledgeable, professional real estate agents to skillfully guide their clients through the changing market has never been greater.

 

EXIT Realty Corp. International recognized its champions for outstanding achievement through that period during the company’s international Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort near Jacksonville, Florida.  Among them was the Marc Austin Highfill Team lead by Marc Austin Highfill, Broker/Owner of EXIT First Realty (Richmond/Glen Allen), which achieved the ranking of #5 real estate team in North America.  Highfill was also recognized individually for achieving the Million Dollar Circle in recognition of closing more than a million dollars in gross commission, and the Titanium Award for closing between 150 and 199 real estate transaction sides during the period July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. In addition, he was inducted into the company’s prestigious Teal Diamond Circle in recognition of closing 2,000 real estate transaction sides during his career with EXIT

Mississauga, ON – Marc Austin Highfill, Owner of EXIT First Realty, took top honors during the EXIT Realty Corp. International annual awards event broadcast recently across the U.S. and Canada. 

 

Mr. Highfill received the Tri-Real-A-Thon Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in sales production, listings taken and helping to grow the company.  Thousands of sales professionals vie for this award which is known as the “Ironman of Real Estate”.

Glen Allen, VA – Marc Austin Highfill, Owner of EXIT First Realty (Richmond/Glen Allen), was recognized for outstanding sales achievements at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC.

Highfill achieved Top Sales Volume in North America, topping thousands of real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada.  He received the Titanium Award for closing more than 150 transaction sides and was inducted into the Million Dollar Circle for closing more than one million dollars in gross commission. His sales team, “The Marc Austin Highfill Team”, was named the #3 top producing team across the U.S. and Canada for EXIT Realty.  All awards were tabulated for the period July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.

“Marc is not only an office owner, but he continues to develop and improve in his role,” said Craig Witt, President of EXIT Realty Corp. International’s U.S. Division.  “His leadership and dedication to his agents is evident in the tremendous production we see year over year. We are extremely proud of Marc and his dedication to EXIT Realty.”

Highfill graduated from Freeman High School and Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in marketing and a concentration in real estate. In 1991 he was named Young Entrepreneur of The Year for the State of Virginia. He was a partner in a Richmond real estate firm from 1999 until he opened EXIT First Realty in 2006.  Highfill earned his 5^th degree black belt in karate and is an avid racquetball player. He is a native of the West End of Richmond where he lives with his three sons.
