EXIT Realty Metro in Dartmouth achieved the ranking of #4 Highest Grossing Office (Single Location) and #5 Highest Producing Office – Real Estate Transaction Sides (Single Location) for EXIT across the U.S. and Canada.  Sterling Stephens veteran Broker/Owner, along with his son, Andrew Stephens, who joined his father in the ownership team this year, were on hand to accept the honour.  Andrew was also recognized for personal production with the Bronze Award for closing more than 25 transaction sides. Awards reflect the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

Trenton, ON – Sandra Hussey, Sales Representative with EXIT Realty Group, Brokerage in Trenton, received multiple honours including the Tri-Real-A-Thon at the EXIT Realty Corp. International convention held recently at the Disneyland^® Hotel in Anaheim, California.  The awards ceremony was a highlight of the event presided over by EXIT’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, CEO – Canada, Joyce Paron, and CEO – USA, Craig Witt.

 

Hussey achieved the ranking of Top Gross Closed Income in North America for the third consecutive year, the Million Dollar Circle for earning more than one million dollars in gross commission, and the Platinum Award for closing more than 100 real estate transaction sides.  Her real estate sales team, Team Fussy Hussey, achieved the ranking of #4 Team in North America.

 

Hussey, a Canadian Armed Forces veteran who began her real estate career in 2013, has achieved many sales honours over the years. This is the second time she has been honoured with the Tri-Real-A-Thon, the company’s top award, which recognizes excellence in sales, listings and assisting in the growth of the company. Local Business Owners Recognized Internationally for Outstanding Achievement

Smithtown , NY – Jeff Mistretta, Owner of EXIT Realty Achieve in Smithtown, NY, was named Broker of the Year – East USA at the EXIT Realty Corp. International convention held recently at the Disneyland^® Hotel in Anaheim, California.  The awards ceremony was a highlight of the event presided over by EXIT’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, CEO – Canada, Joyce Paron, and CEO – USA, Craig Witt.

 

A veteran real estate salesperson, Mistretta joined EXIT Realty Achieve from another brand in 2015, rapidly taking on management responsibilities.  In 2021 he became an owner of the company and 2022, he expanded his ownership to include EXIT Realty Premier in Massapequa.

Local Business Owner Recognized Internationally for Outstanding Achievement

Ottawa, ON – Maggie Tessier, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Matrix, Brokerage, with locations in Ottawa, Embrun, and Hawkesbury, was named Broker of the Year – Canada at the EXIT Realty Corp. International convention held recently at the Disneyland^® Hotel in Anaheim, California.  The awards ceremony was a highlight of the event presided over by EXIT’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, CEO – Canada, Joyce Paron, and CEO – USA, Craig Witt.

 

The brokerage achieved the ranking of #5 Highest Grossing Office (Multiple) in North America, and Tessier’s real estate team, the Tessier Team, achieved the ranking of #2 Team in North America.  Tessier was also honoured for outstanding individual production, being named to the Million Dollar Circle for closing more than one million dollars in gross commission and earning the Platinum Award for closing more than 100 real estate transaction sides.  The period for all awards ran from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
