EXIT Realty East Coast Makes Spirits Bright with Angel Tree Drive for Salvation Army

Holmdel, NJ 12/18/2024 -- This season of giving, EXIT Realty East Coast hosted their 10th annual Angel Tree Drive for the Salvation Army of Red Bank.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children across the country every year. The Angels' Christmas Wish Lists are distributed to donors within their community who purchase their requested gifts. The gifts are then distributed to the families to put under their Christmas Tree.

Agents from all of the EXIT Realty East Coast company offices participated by selecting a child/children from the Angel List, which included 30 children in total, and purchasing gifts of clothing and toys specifically requested for them.  Ann-Marie O'Brien, Company Coordinator at EXIT Realty East Coast, has led the charge for the company's Angel Tree Drive  every year since starting it in 2014, and has been working with this program for more than 20 years. 

"This is the 10th year that EXIT Realty East Coast has partnered with The Salvation Army of Red Bank.  We are thrilled to be part of this wonderful organization and give to those who cannot afford to buy their children anything this holiday season," said O'Brien.  "Our agents exceeded our expectations this year with their generosity.  This year we filled the Salvation Army truck with bikes, clothes, toys and so much more!"

Local Real Estate Agent to Raise Funds to Benefit the Salvation Army, Corporate Will Match

Bay Shore, NY – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by a team of EXIT Realty agents led by Larry “Love” Gardner, Associate Broker with EXIT Realty All Pro in Bay Shore benefitting the Salvation Army, an organization committed to assisting those in need.   

EXIT Realty All Pro is part of the EXIT Realty Corp. International and EXIT Realty New York Metro family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.  The EXIT team has been ringing the bell since November 30^th and on Saturday, December 21^st and Sunday, December 22^nd from 9:00am to 5:00 pm, they will again be manning the kettles at two West Babylon locations:  the Stop & Shop stores located at 365 Route 109 and 575 West Montauk Hwy, and in Bay Shore at the King Kullen store located at 834 Sunrise Hwy asking for donations from the public.  EXIT Realty Corp. International has committed to match the funds raised by EXIT Realty associates up to $10,000 for a total expected donation to the Salvation Army of $20,000.
