D. Peter Harrington Named Realtor of the Month

Minneapolis, Minnesota (Grassroots Newswire) August 26, 2013 -- Veteran Real Estate Agent, D. Peter Harrington was notified of receiving top sales honors for July 2013 at EXIT Realty Metro.
Best known as a long time area developer and property management specialist, Harrington started his business in 1966 to locate and sell land to developers for real estate projects. From this came Harrington Partners, LLC a consulting firm that works with banks and developers affected by current market condition. In 2011, Peter became a partner in Marpe Holdings and formed Marpe Development restoring distressed homes and bringing them back to their original architecture. Along with the development of new homes and businesses and restoring of existing homes, Harrington has developed a huge base and is a key entity within the local real estate market. July found him leading the entire EXIT Realty Metro Team in home sales and therefore is recognized as the July Realtor of the Month.
