Celebrating Six Years at the Top & Record-Shattering Brokerage Growth

Mississauga, ON – Franchisee, Parise Cormier of EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, NB once again tops EXIT’s office charts, earning the #1 spot as both the brand’s Highest Grossing and Highest Producing single office across North America as well as Broker of the Year for the Canadian Organization at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 30th Year Anniversary Celebration.

Announced during the highly anticipated annual awards ceremony at sea, aboard the Norwegian Getaway, Cormier was recognized for attaining all three achievements within the brand’s production year from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. This is her third time being recognized as a Broker of the Year since 2013, the fourth consecutive year the office has earned the Highest Producing and Highest Grossing honours. Her brokerage has held the latter title for the past six years. 

 

Her bustling 2,500 sq ft office, which serves the Greater Moncton and surrounding areas, is also home to some of the brand’s most successful next generation agents, a testament to the culture within the brokerage. Seven of EXIT’s top special recognition awards for all of North America went to agents within, or to the EXIT Realty Associates office itself.

 

Hers was one of two offices that helped EXIT take root across New Brunswick 26 years ago. She humbly recalls feeling lonely amidst a space now filled with over 140 agents, and one of the largest and most dynamic sales teams in her market.
