EXIT Midstate Realty to Raise Funds Benefiting Christmas in July Charity, Corporate Will Match
Public invited to Brat Fry fundraiser June 7th
Weston, WI – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Midstate Realty benefitting Christmas in July Charity, the Rothschild-based non-profit committed to supporting children and families enduring hospitalizations and medical treatment.
EXIT Midstate Realty is a member of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT brokerages and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, EXIT Midstate Realty professionals will host a “Brat Fry” in the parking lot of their office located at 4111 Schofield Ave #10 in Weston from 10:30am until 6:30pm. A $5 donation will get you a brat (or hot dog) with all the fixings (including sauerkraut), chips and a drink. Guests will have the opportunity to stay and enjoy their meal or grab it and go. All proceeds from the sale of the food will be donated to Christmas in July Charity.
Alissa Prentice, Owner of EXIT Midstate Realty, explains the reason this non-profit inspired her team to fundraise. “Many of our agents have children or grandchildren, some of whom have had stays or procedures at Marshfield Children’s Hospital, the main beneficiary of Christmas in July Charity’s efforts. This is a newer charity in our area so we want to help get their name and cause out to the community.”
EXIT Realty Corp. International has committed to match the funds raised by EXIT Realty associates up to $3,000 for a total expected donation to Christmas in July Charity of $6,000. “The money we raise will afford them the opportunity to purchase toys for patients, remodel areas of Marshfield Children’s Hospital that don’t currently fit into the operating budget, as well as provide for patient birthday and end of treatment parties and restock activity areas,” says Prentice.
