Chad Schwendeman Recognized Internationally for Outstanding Achievement

 Baxter, MN – Real estate buyers and sellers faced a challenging year with rising home prices and multiple offer situations in many markets. Professional real estate agents worked diligently to guide their clients through the process, ever mindful of the additional challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic to show property and close transactions in a safe and responsible manner.

EXIT Lakes Realty Premier to Raise Funds to Benefit Lakes Area Habitat for Humanity, Corporate Will Match

Baxter, MN – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Lakes Realty Premier benefiting Lakes Area Habitat for Humanity, an organization committed to bringing people together to build homes, community and hope.

EXIT Lakes Realty Premier is part of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. Minnesota Real Estate Powerhouse Brings Home the Hardware

International at the company’s annual Convention held recently at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island in The Bahamas.

The Tri-Real-A-Thon is awarded to the individual in the corporation for outstanding achievement in taking listings, closing transaction sides and introducing agents to the EXIT Realty system during the production year, July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
