Local Professional Honored as International Administrator of the Year

Morgan Hill, CA – Lisa Lewis, Administrator of EXIT Realty Keystone with offices in Morgan Hill, San Jose and Santa Clara, was named Administrator of the Year by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  Ms Lewis was recognized recently during an awards presentation broadcast throughout the U.S. and Canada.

EXIT Elite Realty’s Nicole Mehra Named International Administrator of the Year

Appleton, WI – Nicole Mehra, Administrator of EXIT Elite Realty with offices in Appleton, Shawano and Oshkosh, was named EXIT Realty Corp. International 2019 Administrator of the Year at the company’s annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. 

The unsung heroes of any real estate brokerage are its administrative and secretarial staff who work tirelessly to support the leadership and agents in their day-to-day endeavors.  They are the company’s “plate spinners”, able to balance many important tasks at once, both cheerfully and skillfully.  Each year, EXIT Realty franchise owners from across the U.S. and Canada are invited to submit nominations to EXIT Realty Corp. International for consideration for the Administrator of the Year Award.

In her nomination of Mehra, EXIT Elite Realty’s Broker/Owner, Lori Muller, stated, “Nicole has been instrumental in allowing me to grow as a leader.  I have been able to pursue speaking, training and coaching opportunities all while growing the business by having Nicole as my steadfast partner in the background.  She has kept me in check, created processes and reports, organized our systems, and so much more.”  Mehra telecommutes from her home in Illinois to oversee the administration of Muller’s three brokerage locations.

International’s CEO, Tami Bonnell, Founder & Chairman, Steve Morris and Manager of Franchise Support, Derek Stephenson whose team provides training and support for the administrative staff and agents in all of EXIT’s hundreds of offices.  “The Franchise Support team at EXIT’s Head Office has worked with Nicole since 2013, and as Lori grew her operation to include a second office in 2016 and a third in 2017, Nicole embraced her additional workload and responsibility,” said Stephenson.  “She is a pleasure to work with and we congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.”

EXIT Realty Corp. International Names Leslie Sorenson 2018 Administrator of the Year

Coon Rapids, MN – Leslie Sorenson, Administrator at EXIT Realty Nexus with offices in Coon Rapids, Elk River and Isle, Minnesota, was named EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Administrator of the Year at the company’s annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, DC. 

In a letter to EXIT’s Head Office nominating Sorenson for the award, Broker/Owner, Frank D’Angelo and Manager, Sheldon Berquist, wrote, “We have been blessed with several great office administrators who have helped us grow our home office.  However, until we hired Leslie, we never imagined how one person could solidify our culture in all of our offices.  Since she has joined our firm, our retention rate has consistently hovered over 97%.  Moreover, our on-boarding and transition program has been executed with amazing energy and enthusiasm.”

Tami Bonnell Named CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International

Mississauga, ON (Grassroots Newswire) September 04, 2012 – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that Tami Bonnell has been named CEO.

Bonnell, who has been President of EXIT Realty’s US Organization since 2001, is a thirty-year veteran of the real estate industry and was instrumental in building three major brands.  Among her many achievements, she was recognized by real estate trend-watcher, Stefan Swanepoel, as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate.
