Long-Time Local Real Estate Professional Recognized for Service, Loyalty and Leadership
Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce that long-time Sales Representative, Jeremy Cowan of EXIT Realty Metro in Dartmouth, NS has been recognized with several awards as announced at the company’s recent 2025 Canadian Regional Conference hosted in his home market of Halifax, NS this fall.
“Jeremy is an EXIT icon. Crossing the line of 25 years with our company, there are few who have had more impact on the success of our brand and so many of our real estate professionals. A mentor, coach, friend and trusted advisor for years, he has shaped so many lives,” shared Joyce Paron, EXIT Realty’s Canadian CEO who was in attendance to present awards. “Jeremy has always walked the walk, not only has he been instrumental in others’ success, but while serving others he has consistently led with outstanding production. His natural leadership, authentic approach, and genuine care for people are his trademarks.”
Cowan was honoured with the company’s Trusted Advisor award for his many years of loyalty, leadership, and grounded professionalism, which has made him a steadfast source for guidance within his 80+ agent office, no matter whether he’s working with a seasoned professional or newcomer to the industry.
Cowan, who’s originally from Newfoundland but raised in Lower Sackville, took the leap into real estate as a past broker/owner under the EXIT brand in 2001. He has enjoyed a prosperous, six-figure career from the start, which has garnered him a production award every year since. This year was no exception, as Cowan also received a Bronze award, recognizing his closing of over 25 sides in the company’s production year from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
After 15 years of owning several brokerage locations across the province, Cowan has since transitioned to full-time sales, serving the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding areas. He consistently ranks within the top five Nova Scotia EXIT agents and brings his many years of experience in new construction, rentals, and land development, as well as his contacts to bear as a mentor to other professionals in his office.
