$8 Million in Charitable Support Helps EXIT Realty Give Back to Local Communities

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce that its Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program has surpassed an extraordinary $8 million in giving, underscoring the company’s commitment to fostering positive change across North America. 

"This milestone is a testament to the collective generosity and passion of our EXIT family, who continuously seek out ways to make a difference beyond real estate," said Tami Bonnell, Co-Chair of EXIT Realty Corp. International. “At our core, we encourage our owners and agents to live their ‘why,’ which for many is through giving, and this program was specifically designed to help them facilitate that.”

Since its inception, the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program has empowered associates and offices to support causes close to their hearts, matching funds raised locally by EXIT associates and amplifying impact where it’s needed most. In 2024, this mission of giving back and strengthening the places they call home contributed to a wide range of non-profit categories, including:

 
·         Children – 26.5%
·         Community Support – 26.5%
·         Medical Support – 21.0%
·         Veterans – 10.5%
·         Habitat for Humanity – 5.5%
·         Medical Research – 5.5%
·         Cancer – 3.0%
·         Animals – 1.5%
 

A unique aspect of EXIT Realty’s business model and Formula is its commitment to reinvesting in people and communities. A portion of every transaction is set aside and held in trust to fuel the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, whereby the corporation matches up to $3,000 per fundraising initiative, allowing agents and offices to multiply their efforts in supporting local, approved charities.

 EXIT Realty Corp. International Announces The Spirit of EXIT Expanded Charitable Initiative


Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International, a real estate franchisor with brokerage locations across the U.S. and Canada, today announced that its pledges to charity to-date have reached $4 million, and it has expanded its successful charitable initiative, newly dubbed The Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is pledged to charity.  In 2004, the company began a long and successful affiliation with Habitat for Humanity when it sponsored the first of many home builds.  In 2016, the company introduced a program to match funds raised by its brokerages and agents to benefit Habitat for Humanity initiatives in their local communities.  The new Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program makes it possible for EXIT Associates to raise funds for not only Habitat for Humanity initiatives but also for other approved, registered charities and submit a proposal to EXIT Realty Corp. International for those funds to be matched dollar-for-dollar from EXIT Realty’s pledged pool of funds.
