Outstanding Entrepreneurial Leadership Honoured

Region of the Year Recognized by EXIT Realty Corp. International

Mooretown, ON – In these times of real estate challenges and change, success comes to those who lean into these moments as opportunities for growth and betterment, and EXIT Realty South Western Ontario Regional Owners, Lynn and Greg Findlay are two individuals embracing this mindset who were recently awarded EXIT Realty’s 2024 Region of the Year.

 

During EXIT Realty’s recent convention, hosted at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL, this husband-and-wife duo were presented with one of the corporation’s highest honours in recognition of their role in strengthening the legacy of the industry and expanding EXIT’s footprint across the region with the opening of new offices in the burgeoning markets of Komoka, Burlington, Cambridge, and Milton, in 2024.

EXIT Realty Eastern Ontario Named EXIT’s Region of the Year

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Eastern Ontario was named International Region of the Year by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  AJ Plant, Regional Owner, was presented with the award at the company’s Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, near Jacksonville, Florida. 

 

Plant was recognized for outstanding growth and development in an area with a population of less than seven million.  He also achieved the ranking of #3 in franchise sales across North America.

 

Plant joined EXIT in 2004 as a sales representative with EXIT Realty Matrix in the greater Ottawa area, assuming a management role with the brokerage in 2008.  He acquired the subfranchisor rights to Eastern Ontario in 2015, responsible for expanding EXIT’s footprint across the region. Plans for 2023 include expansion into Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa and Whitby, Ontario as well as increasing market share in the Ottawa area with two new territories in the west end.

Alabama and Mississippi Named EXIT's Region of the Year

Woburn, MA – For the second consecutive year and third time overall, the team at EXIT Realty of Alabama and Mississippi were named International Region of the Year by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  Troy and Kathy Dooley, Regional Owners, and Franke Joehl, Director of Operations, were presented with the award at the company’s Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, near Jacksonville, Florida.

EXIT Southeast Named International Region of the Year

Strobl and Lynn honored for the second consecutive year by EXIT Realty Corp. International

Franklin, TN – For the second consecutive year and fourth time overall, EXIT Southeast was named Region of the Year by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  Regional Owners Stacy Strobl and Kenny Lynn were recognized during an awards presentation broadcast recently throughout the U.S. and Canada.

EXIT Southeast Named Region of the Year by EXIT Realty Corp. International

Franklin, TN – Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl’s EXIT Southeast received Region of the Year honors at the annual EXIT Realty Corp. International Convention held recently at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Lakeville, MN – Bill Pankonin’s EXIT Realty Upper Midwest was named Region of the Year for the second time at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 2018 Annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC. 

EXIT Realty Upper Midwest is comprised of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois and represents a population of more than 30 million.  Pankonin joined EXIT Realty in 2005 as a Franchise Owner and within a few short months, expanded to regional ownership.  “I became a Regional Owner because of my background in real estate,” he said.  “My father was a real estate broker and when he decided to retire, there wasn’t really anything left after all those years of being in business.  It was hard for him to create equity.  EXIT’s business model addresses this and I seized the opportunity to pay it forward because there are a lot of people like my Dad.”

EXIT Southeast Named EXIT Realty Corp. International Region of the Year

Franklin, TN – EXIT Southeast, representing Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia, was named Region of the Year at the EXIT Realty Corp. International Annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord Texan Resort Hotel and Convention Center near Dallas, Texas.
